Grand Timber never fails!
10.0We’ve been staying here for years now. We always have the same great experience. Although there are newer resorts up the hill, this is our favorite because of the accessibility to town, you can walk or take the shuttle. Breckenridge is really a fun summer town!

10.0I just returned from my 22nd summer at Grand Timber. It is a wonderful place for families. The facilities are perfect for kids and the staff always goes out of their way to help.

10.0Grand Timber is a must stay in Breckenridge. Our room was recently updated - everything new. There are many amenities to enjoy: the pools, The Lodge Pole restaurant, grills, workout center, friendly staff. And the area provides many things to do and enjoy. We've been owners at Grand Timber for 26 years and have built amazing family memories - winter and summer. Highly recommend!

10.0We had a 3 bedroom configuration. The rooms are clean and spacious, the sofa and chairs in the living room are very comfortable. The pool and hot tubs are very nice and beautiful surroundings. One can hike up to a small lake right from the property which I did every morning. It's also an easy walk (downhill) to downtown Breckinridge and if you don't want to walk back up the hill, very easy to get the shuttle provided by Grand Timber.
Fun
10.0Every thing went well except for check in. Need to make sure there is everything in the room like silverware. Need to count after every stay. They do that at other resorts we have stayed in. Put pens and paper back in rooms.
Enjoyed our stay
8.0The pillows are terrible. They are too hard. Would appreciate a variety of firmness. Suggest using fitted bottom sheet so that it stays put. The main living area is very spacious and comfortable.
