7.0Das Frühstückspersonal und der gesamte Service waren äußerst höflich, professionell und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksangebot war zwar eher klein und wenig abwechslungsreich, für einen kurzen Aufenthalt aber ausreichend. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Frühstücksbereich im Freien mit seiner entspannten Atmosphäre.
− Das Zimmer entsprach leider nicht unseren Erwartungen. Es befand sich auf einem hohen Treppenabsatz, was weder in der Beschreibung noch auf den Bildern ersichtlich war und für meine Begleitung mit Gehproblemen sehr ungünstig war. Ein Zimmerwechsel war leider nicht möglich. Das Zimmer war für zwei Personen zu klein, spärlich eingerichtet und teilweise bereits abgenutzt. Es fehlten ausreichend Stauraum und Ablageflächen, einige Lampen waren defekt und auch der Kühlschrank kühlte nur sehr schwach. Das Badezimmer war klein, die Armaturen verkalkt und das Zimmer insgesamt zwar oberflächlich sauber, aber staubig. Zudem war das Zimmer im Nebengebäude recht hellhörig. Insgesamt haben der freundliche Service und das angenehme Frühstück überzeugt. Das Zimmer entsprach jedoch in Bezug auf Größe, Ausstattung, Zustand und Komfort nicht dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, das wir erwartet hatten.

8.0Sicuramente il punto forza della struttura e’ la piscina e il giardino molto belli e curati e il signor Enzo il punto forte alla reception colui che davvero sa accoglierti e risolvere tutto! Punto forte lo stabilimento convenzionato alla struttura sempre di proprietà molto bello e si mangia benissimo!
− Da migliorare la colazione ! La camera era una camera basic carina ma era l’unica disponile

I would not stay there again
3.0I appreciated the hotel staff at the pool. Anna at reception was very sweet and helpful.
− Everyone else that reception besides Anna was extremely rude and un accommodating. The beds were ridiculously uncomfortable. It was not clear that I would’ve been offsite and not in the hotel. There was no one there to bring our bags so I had to walk half a kilometre in the sweltering heat with five luggage. When I try to charge a meal to my room, I was not allowed because I was at the offsite location. Unacceptable I was treated like a second-place citizen because they decided to put me in a facility offsite
