9.0Lovely big room tastefully decorated and an amazing view from the big window. Nice king-size comfy bed. There was plenty of space to hang clothes. Complimentary bottles of water each day. Good hairdryer and dressing table area. Great breakfast with lots of variety to choose from. Debbie was friendly and attentive with a good local knowledge of the area. Nice touches like the crochet animals and flower fairies box for the butters. A lovely flat scenic walk to Keswick took about 15 to 20 mins.
− Water pressure was a bit weak for the shower. As was the top floor, it was understandable and was not a problem for me. Everything else was excellent

10.0Lovely b&b with on walking distance of Keswick. Breakfast was fantastic each morning and the host was lovely and attentive.

10.0Debbie was a fabulous host , explained everything on arrival. Breakfast was exceptional . Sausages to die for , so much so after asking where she got them she went and got me a dozen . Lovely quiet area just a pleasant 10/15 minute walk from Keswick Town centre . A short stroll to the Farmers Arms pub that has a good bar food menu and a welcoming atmosphere . Will definitely use again .

10.0Debbie was so welcoming and down to earth. I loved all the little extra touches, such as a bath robe and proper milk in the little fridge. The breakfasts were amazing. I felt at home

10.0Brilliant location with private and free on street parking, quiet village just a short walk from Keswick with loads walks within easy reach. Amazing breakfasts! Lovely clean, comfortable rooms with nice thoughtful touches like proper glassess and a mini fridge on each floor. I felt really welcome. I was greeted warmly by name and I felt that nothing was too much trouble for the hosts who are clearly really passionate about doing what they do to the highest standard.
