1.0Nous sommes très déçus par notre séjour d'une semaine pendant 4 jours, notre chambre n'a jamais été nettoyée malgré les relance. Nous nous sommes retrouvés sans savon et sans papier toilette, malgré nos attentes pour un hôtel de cette catégorie. Finalement le personnel de l'accueil a voulu nous donner le nécessaire serviettes draps et chiffons pour nettoyer la chambre de nous même je n'avais jamais vécu ça. Ce manque d'entretien et de service est inacceptable et a fortement nui à notre expérience. Nous espérons que la direction prendra les mesures nécessaires afin que cela ne se reproduise plus pour les prochains clients.

In het centrum overnachten of verblijven in dit prachtige Hotel een aanrader.
8.0Studio. Prachtig ruimte,voorzien van alle benodigdheden in de keuken. Alles om ook gewoon zelfstandig te kunnen verblijven. Dat we gewoon uit eten gingen,ontbijt/brunch diner? Omdat we dat leuk vonden.Maar met slecht weer konden we ook binnen blijven. Gelukkig scheen de zon in deze prachtige stad met een perfecte locatie in Nijmegen. Zeker een aanrader.
