9.0Great location and proximity to many wineries and comfortable rooms. Really good value for money and the owner gave us a free upgrade which was really appreciated.

would a great place to stay if it was clean properly and the instruction were more clear on how to enter property .
3.0The location was great and easy to get too!
− Contacting the owner was difficult. The phone line was poor and cutting in and out when trying to ask how to enter the house ! The room we were staying was cleaned properly there was powder cleaning products over the carpet to cover to what it looked like to be stain. There were disposable razor covers in the shower still , I’m assuming for the people that were last in the room.
Overall a good easy stay

− The blinds don’t cover the windows well so the room is very light early.
Lovely host, great location, the facilities good but with a little more TLC would have been great!
8.0The owner Richard was very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent as we were only minutes from all the wineries and local attractions in the Hunter Valley.
− There was a few things that were needing repair, this included water damage in the roof of our room and a hole in the external roof above caused from recent storms. The pool was also not usable and on a 30 degree day would have been great for the kids to swim in.
Good to know
For special occasions such as hens nights, birthday parties and special celebrations, exclusive use of the whole facility can be granted. Bookings must be made well in advance.
