3.0− Tillkommande kostnader som ej informerats om. Inga möjligheter att köpa mat när man vill. Kom ner 22.30 till hotellet och de bad mig använda matleverans från Monopoli men när jag installerat appar så kör de inte den sträckan. Dålig städning och obefintlig frukost.

9.0Stunning property. Great facilities. Clean rooms. Lots of space for kids to run around. Restaurant dinner was fabulous
− Check in was a long process and had to wait for available staff member. Staff were lovely though. The payment system was frustrating as you were unable to pay in the resort using credit card or cash rather have to load your room key with your credit card details. To book for the Buffett dinner you had to visit reception. Where again you had to wait in line to make the booking which took some time.
A nice stay
8.0Great swimming pools especially the sea water one. Plenty of sun lounges and really nice grounds with access to the sea
− Food quality was OK. Buffet good value for money but lacked variety and taste. Better fruit and deserts in morning than in the evening
