8.0Excelente localização e de fácil acesso. Local limpo, confortável e funcionários atenciosos e solícitos, de fácil comunicação.
− Infelizmente o ar condicionado do quarto não estava aquecendo como esperado diante do frio que se encontrava em Gramado. Comuniquei a equipe, programaram de providenciar um aquecedor, porém não deu certo. Com isso nos forneceram mais cobertores que foram suficientes para nos aquecer.

O bom é que o anfitrião prontamente nos trouxe adaptador para a certeira e acendedor da lareira! Pelo valor da estadia,
7.0A localização é ótima, o lugar é um charme! Cama, roupa de cama são muito boas!
− Ficamos chateados que o quarto não estava tão limpo, tinha sujeira na borda da banheira, não tinha acendedor na lareira, frigobar sem água ou bebidas, porém com garrafa vazia de espumante de outros hóspedes! A água não esquentava muito se abrisse outras torneiras junto o que não conseguimos usufruir da banheira! Além disso, tinha macetes para deixar a água do chuveiro quente! Descobrimos isso no último dia da estadia e era um dos finais de semana mais frios de Gramado!
