8.0The staff at Lacasa were very friendly and incredibly helpful—they truly went out of their way to ensure my stay was smooth and enjoyable. Any issues were sorted quickly and with a smile. The motel itself felt a bit tired, but it was very clean and well-maintained. The location was central and walkable. Overall, the staff were the highlight and made all the difference.

6.0very average breakfast...limited options in choice and quanity. very poor access driveway and pathway to hotel reception...steep and undafe/slippery surface.

4.0The people working at the front desk were lovely but the hotel is quite old, the room smelled like cigarette smoke and it is extremely loud. We could hear people yelling down the hallway until late at night.
