2.0This is my first time leaving a review on here because this was one of my worst hotel experiences. Basically everything was wrong with this hotel and the room we were assigned. Be warned and save yourself the headache we had to deal with. Room booked was supposed to have a balcony, it didn’t. Hotel receptionist was supposed to speak English, Italian and French. She only spoke Italian and was very confused. She couldn’t find our booking for a while and claimed we hadn’t paid but eventually called her son who helped her find our booking. There were house flies and spider webs in the room. There was mold and old food in the fridge. There was water damage on the ceiling. The toilet and Wi-Fi didn’t work after the first day. Mattress was very bad. Some outlets didn’t work.
