4.0− Taking extra money for everything. Downgraded us from 5 stars to a 4 star hotel (in another building) and we had to pay extra to stay in the 5 stars that we actually booked for.

− Doppelzimmer mit Ausstattung Einzelzimmer (z.B. nur 1 Glas). Eintrittspreis ins Casino obwohl man doch im Casinohotel ist. Wer Sonntags vor 8 Uhr frühstückt soll doppelt Eintritt fürs Casino zahlen (unverständlich)
