Fantastisk sted! Service og komfort er helt super! Store, fine, delikate rom- veldig god frokost!! Bassengområdet er også rent, delikat og nydelig! Fint med parkering på hotellet. Anbefaler besøk på vingården som er nabo- hotellet fikset alt for oss!!

Treated with rare warmth and personal service in a beautiful corner of Piemonte

My wife and I stayed three nights at La Ribezza Boutique Hotel in July 2026 during a holiday in Piemonte, and this was a clear 5/5 experience for us. We have stayed at many five-star hotels around the world, but there are not many places where we have felt quite so personally looked after. At La Ribezza, the service was not formal or distant; it felt warm, genuine and remarkably attentive. We almost joked that we were being treated like the King and Queen of Norway. Everyone we met seemed to care about the small details, and that made a real difference. The hotel itself is a peaceful little oasis above Monforte d’Alba. During our stay it was around 30–35°C, and coming back through the gate after driving around Piemonte felt genuinely relaxing. The pool area, with its view over the surrounding vineyards and the village below, became one of our favourite places. Drinks and snacks could be ordered directly to the sunbeds, and the whole setting had a calm, grown-up atmosphere. We stayed in room 102, a corner room on the ground floor. It was stylish, spotless and very comfortable, with a large double bed where we slept extremely well. The air conditioning worked exactly as we wanted, the shower was spacious with good water pressure, and the private outdoor area just outside the room was a real bonus. My photos give a fair impression of the room, the terrace and the beautiful views. Breakfast was served outside and had everything we could wish for, including a menu of warm dishes. Again, the service was excellent. What could be improved: Very little. The only real weakness during our stay was the Wi-Fi, which was rather slow. Final verdict: This is an expensive hotel, but for us it felt worth every euro because of the setting, the peace and, above all, the exceptional personal service. If you go: I would strongly recommend asking for a ground-floor room with its own outdoor area. Room 102 worked extremely well for us. Regards Svein-Magne Tunli from Bergen, Norway
