10.0Nice and private location Excellent for what we were after. Plenty of space, privacy from public was perfect. Exactly what we were after. Asked my partner to marry me here. Was nice and quiet perfect place for getting engaged. Grounds were nice Room was Excellent. Highly rate this hotel for proposals and secluded spots for couples! 20/10.

6.0The hotel was located in a quiet setting and had a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were all very helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was hot and fresh and served at the table. There were gowns and slippers in the bedroom along with daily homemade cookies
− The bedroom fell far below our expectations. The wallpaper was stained, the carpet was wrinkled and came away from the thresh on the first morning, this was quickly put right by staff. The seal on the shower door sprang open at the bottom which meant stepping out of the shower onto a wet floor/bathmat. On the second day the hospitality tray was replenished and the towels folded, however the bed had not been made and the carpet hadn't been vacuumed.
Highly recommended, charming guest house/ private hotel.
