− The toilet paper and shower gel weren't refilled and ran out in day 2.
Never recommend this hotel to anyone
3.0− They falsely advertise that they are pet friendly but tell you nothing about someone having to stay in the room with the pet at all times otherwise you risk having your pet removed by animal control!!!!’ Not a place I would ever stay at again or recommend someone to stay there! There were 3 of us and had rodeo tickets at a cost of $110.00 apiece and on of us had to stay behind so our animal would be safe!!!So we were out $110.00 plus they charge you a fee of $75.00 for your pet to be in the room!!!Ridiculous
Sydney was amazing
10.0My husband and I stayed here for a medical procedure the next day. There were problems with the procedure and Sydney was so very helpful. We would stay here again just because of how much she helped. Everything was clean and quiet. All staff was helpful and nice. Breakfast was good. The location was perfect for us. The room was just what we needed. We are Hilton members, so the price was good. I want to thank Sydney again for how much she made the stay enjoyable.

− Bed sheeting and pillows are awful - the quality, not the daily fixing;; breakfast was just ok; no comfortable spaces to sit outside - the grilling area isn’t comfortable at all and neither is the space next to TX Roadhouse
