夏でも涼しく、高山植物でいっぱいのフィールドが目の前で、ケーブルカーを降りてすぐのロケーションも嬉しい。 ドミトリーの部屋にもタオルや水やお茶がセットされていたことに感激。朝食も美味しかった。時間がなくてサウナに入れなかったのが残念。

The position of the hotel as well as the staff (hotel + restaurant) and food were all excellent. The dorm beds were easily the biggest and most comfortable I've had in central Asia and the dorm rooms are equipped with all the regular facilities provided to other hotel guests like slippers, bathrobes, mini fridge, huge TV etc. It was a luxury dorm of sorts. Bathrooms had shower gel, cream etc. All toilet essentials provided. Staff was friendly and courteous and the location is unmatched for Shymbulak. I didn't use the pool or sauna but I could see many people thoroughly enjoying it. Included in the dorm price was a resort buffet breakfast with plenty of options which made this a real steal deal

− My only issue that significantly impacted my stay was that the room was super stuffy in July since there's no Aircon. If windows are open, it is pleasant. However since it is located on the ground floor right next to where the entry road is, there's constant noise. So if windows are open, there's a lot of noise with people walking around drunk at even 2am, 4 am etc Also the dorm beds make a lot of noise/creaking sounds every time someone moves in bed. I didn't sleep well at all because of this conundrum of choosing between a stuffy room or an overly noisy room. That said, I'd probably pick it again if I ever visit Shymbulak again because it's still the best value for money in the area. .

Eu gostei da vista do quarto 106, no quarto tinham 4 camas com quatro armários com chaves onde tinham toalha, roupão para usar na piscina aquecida e sauna, além da roupa de cama. O banheiro fica dentro do quarto. Tinha ainda uma varanda com vista para o por do sol, apesar dele ocorrer atrás das montanhas, o visual fica demais! Localização é excelente, 3 minutos do bondinho! A sauna é boa demais, dei sorte que o hotel estava com meia lotação. Café da manhã incrível demais, delicioso e com muitas opções, sendo o mesmo para todos os hóspedes!

− O hotel inteiro é de madeira, o que pode trazer alguns barulhos dependendo dos vizinhos, o estrado da cama pode fazer barulho com 4 ocupantes, dei sorte de estar sozinho, o que foi uma sorte gigante!

The pool and sauna is great for this price, but the bathrooms are due to some renovation. Overall the rooms are clean, free water and all the amenities are same for the standard rooms and hostel rooms as well. The hostel has individual locker for each person. And the balcony was nice addition for hostels as well. I recommend this stay, and I would come back more

Спасибо персоналу, проживали более трёх суток, попросили заменить лампочку в светильники и в настройках телевизора были проблемы, сразу пренисли другой телевизор и заменили светильник. Спасибо!!!
