− Si vous arrivez à partir de 9h pour le peti t déjeuner,il ne recharge plus ! On a attendu en vain pour le pain , il n’y en avait plus,un peu dommage sinon c’est très correct.

3.0Le quartier avait un bon restaurant koréen. Pendant la nuit nous aonvs été réveillés par des personnes qui écoutaient de la musique très fort à 3h30 du matin juste en-dessous de notre fenêtre.
− Alors d'abord taxe de séjour de 19,80€ pour 2 adultes 2 enfants pour une nuit, jamais vu ça. Un problème informatique a fait que les clés (cartes) n'ouvraient pas les chambres, il fallait chercher quelqu'un à l'accueil pour nous ouvrir à chaque déplacement. Pas d'eau chaude, 2 douches froides. Climatisation très/trop forte, impossible de baisser ou régler le souffle froid puissant. Le parking sous-teraain un peu plus loin, procédure de 2 pages pour comprendre comment entrer et sortir, avec des instructions du type "tourner à gauche, à droite, puis à gauche" quand on a 4h de route + une journée de 10h dans Paris, c'est incompréhensible. Petit déjeuner présenté comme buffet continental, avec des baguettes décongelées bien dures, une salade de fruit vide à 7h30, pas de couverts ni de plateau pour se servir donc on jongle avec une tasse et on amène les pots de confiture à sa table, brerf pas confort. Tout ça dans un espace très petit donc si on se lève en même temps que les autres clients on se marche dessus, c'était irrespirable.

− Le bruit dans les couloirs de l'hôtel lorsque toute l'équipe allemande d'escrime est montée se coucher très tardivement. Réveillée en sursaut et impossible de me rendormir à cause de ce manque de respect
