− Having to wait until 3pm. To check in while others were being checked in when we arrived at 2:30pm. Them being told that early check-in is billed for extra charge. I don't get a discount when I check out at 9am. I think 30 minutes early check in should be doable for honors guest unless its a big event weekend. Sitting in uncomfortable lobby sofa surrounded by our luggage was not pleasant after a 5 hr drive. Is there a better way to handle this for future reference? Thanks
