2.0Room had nothing but a bed. No amenities at all. Reception did not answer phone calls. Area around hotel was very dirty. Only after arriving did I learn that payment had to be made in cash. No outside food was allowed in - even during Ramadan.

8.0The staff was amazing and friendly. The management needs a little lesson on management but overall the experience was good.

4.0The photos were deceptive. The neighborhood is filthy. The AC didn’t work. Internet service was choppy. The food was super salty & greasy. The owner tried to persuade us to upgrade to a room for $11 more. The upgraded room was at a higher floor with a slightly better view of the Dargah. I refused. The only redeeming quality of the hotel is the short walk to the Dargah and the wonderfully friendly & accommodating staff.
