10.0With Ski in Ski out and locker provided, its really nice for a family getaway! Hotel condition is new, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed and dining area equipped with kitchen. we enjoyed the stay.

8.0Lovely property and staff. However, there is a overwhelming sulfuric/sewage smell issue, particularly in the bedrooms and the water that comes from the bathtub in the suite. The only solution is propping windows and doors open at all times. Though the smell may be attributable to the neighboring onsen facilities, the smell is too strong to be acceptable. If the Maples could figure out how to fix this, it would be a perfect stay.
