8.0Full English, beautifully prepared with local ingredients. Plenty of orange juice which I prefer to tea or coffee. Stunning old property which is off the beaten track and quiet. Peaceful surroundings. Room is large, spacious and cool during the warm weather.
− No other breakfast choices eg fruits, yoghurt, cereals etc

8.0Wonderful location and the property is steeped in a fascinating history. The bathroom fittings are a little dated (I think my parents installed an identical suite in the 1980’s) but the shower was great and everything was super clean and bed was both huge and comfy so everything that needs to be right absolutely was. Jenny was a lovely host, really friendly and responsive and the breakfast was super!
So perfect, we didn’t want to leave!
10.0The location felt like being in a Jane Austen novel, it was so beautiful and tranquil. Jenny and her family could not have been more lovely, welcoming or attentive. The breakfast was incredible! Lovely homemade marmalade and jam!

8.0The owner was very warm, friendly & helpful. The room was huge, with an enormous en suite bathroom. The bed was comfortable, & the breakfast was tasty.
− When I arrived three large dogs came barking at me. I was terrified. It turned out I went to the back door. But there was no signage to show the front door.. There was mould in the fridge, & apart from hand soap.there were no washing products.
