10.0Camera molto bella, pulita, spaziosa e curata nei minimi particolari. In bagno oltre ai vari prodotti per la detersione, abbiamo trovato anche spazzolino con dentifricio e rasoio usa e getta con sapone da barba. Il buffet della colazione non mancava niente torte fresche, brioches fresche, marmellate, e anche il salato per chi lo gradisce. Macchinette con succo ananas e arancia, caffè, cappuccino, cioccolato, tè, acqua a disposizione 24. La signora che ci a accolto molto disponibile e accogliente. Consiglieri questa struttura. Grazie per tutto (siamo stati 1 notte per il concerto del volo).

9.0Il personale è molto gentile. Nella sala per la colazione, anche durante il giorno, ci sono sempre a disposizione acqua fredda e calda, succhi freschi e la macchina del caffè. È a 5 minuti a piedi dal duomo. La signora Cinzia ci ha dato dei buoni per avere lo sconto in alcuni ristorantini tipici e per visitare Pistoia sotterranea.
− Per noi non è stato un problema, ma per arrivare alla camera ci sono le scale. Essendo in centro, il parcheggio è costoso (2.5€all'ora) ma c'è un parcheggio a 6 minuti dalla Locanda che costa 2 € al giorno.
