Fantastic cottage
10.0I liked the style of the cottage and the view how peaceful it was there and how traditional the cottage was.
− The pillows were slightly uncomfortable for us not too bad just needed to be a bit softer but otherwise it was fantastic

6.0Very Quiet, free fast broadband, biscuits, tea and coffe provided. Lots of game and dvd provided.
− Only one toilet roll provided for the family which barely last the night. With the nearest shop approx 5 miles away, thank goodness for the 60mph roads 😄 Need to be aware of the up hill gravel entrance road which was hard work for us to navigate on motorbikes. No draining board at the kitchen sink so we used the dishwasher but only once as it leaked water on the floor and made it wet and slippery. Oven took a long time to cook food and only had one baking tray. But it did work 😀 Being in the forest there was lots of bugs and midges which found us very tasty 😋 we would recommend bringing lots of bug spray. The front door lock was worn, so on a couple of occasions we found it hard to unlock from the inside. (Panic 😂) On the whole the above points were only minor and didn't spoil our holiday. We had a great time.

8.0Country cottage style interior is well suited to the cottage. Well equipped kitchen. Good having downstairs toilet. Lovely location close to the loch and surrounded by lovely grounds.
− Not possible to sit outside or explore the grounds because of the midges but that's always a challenge in Argyll!
Good location, needs a spring clean
8.0Good location, comfortable. Was there for six nights and felt a little disappointed with the kitchen supplies after the previous cottages we’ve been in.
− Not too clean, cobwebs, and windows needed cleaning. Outside also a little untidy.
A lovely break
8.0Well located. Quiet. Cosy.
− If there were room a tumble dryer would be a plus for families with small children
