this is a wonderful unique cottage with a lovely aspect overhead and a beautiful garden.
8.0The location was excellent. Everything we needed to get to was a short driving distance. We popped over to the hotel on the corner a couple of times and enjoyed an excellent coffee there. (Even though a coffee machine was on the premises-we were just feeling lazy and on holiday!). We Were a family of four adults and one child and found the cottage really good value for money. The rooms were very spacious, The beds were super comfortable and we really enjoyed the unique character of the cottage.
− We travelled to Hebburn during a heat wave in November and the upstairs bedrooms were very warm. Before travelling to this cottage we were aware that no Aircon was on the premises and we brought up extra fans. The temperature in the upstairs bedrooms on the very hot Friday was 36° and it didn’t really cool down until the Following morning.

10.0Loved the quirky cosy feel, spacious bedrooms, comfy beds, the outside deck, garden and local bird life. An ideal location nestled between the general store a the path to Hepburn Mineral Springs Reserve
