A szállás jó elhelyezkedésű, de a karbantartási hiányosságok és a vendégkezelés minősége csalódás.
3.0Központi hely, kellemes környék, szép hely. Premantura nagyon jó település. Az érkezés előtt a kommunikáció gyors volt. Közel van minden bolt, fagyizó, kávézó. Ágy kényelmes a hálószobában. Van mosógép és vasaló és hajszárító.
− Sajnos a szállás több szempontból sem felelt meg az elvárásoknak: – A WC nagyon koszos volt érkezéskor, nekünk kellett kitakarítani,hogy elviselhető legyen. – A klíma nem működött, csak egy nagyon zajos mobilklímát kaptunk, ami nem volt megfelelő nyári melegben és az alvást nem segítette. – A ventilátorok részben hibásak voltak, egyet nekünk kellett megszerelni, hogy ne csörögjön csattojon. – A zuhany gyorsan elárasztotta a fürdőt. – A kanapé ágyként lehajtva instabil, veszélyes volt. – Egy merőkanál volt ami állandóan szétesett, és kisebb sérülést okozott. – A kuka fedele le volt törve, nehezen lehetett higiénikusan használni. - A parkolóban nehézkesen lehet közlekedni. - Kinti konyhát csak a Blue Studio használhatja. - Fontos tudni, hogy nagyon szűk helyen lehet megközelíteni az apartmant, ez nem gond, csak odafigyelős.

We’ve been here for the second year in a row and it’s an awesome place to stay.
10.0Very clean, great location, the owner, his family and Nina are very nice, helpful and forthcoming. This time we stayed at the green apartment and it was totally worth the price. Would recommend and we will be coming back for sure.
