A unique slice of paradise
9.0We had a wonderful stay at the Rockwater Resort. The location and gardens were sublime and the staff were wonderful. The food was very good and seasonal. The facilitation of our tour and airport transfers was excellent. It is a great and unique place to relax and unwind.
− The only negative was the lack of a bedside reading light - or advice that this is not provided so readers can bring their own mini light for nighttime reading.

Rockwater Resort on Tanna blew me away!
10.0Nothing feels “chain hotel” here. John and Silvana are always there, checking in, helping guests, making sure you’re good. Staff are the same, really kind. Food is so fresh. You can tell everything’s local. Trips they run are exactly as described online, on the hotel's website, make sure to check it out when booking. And get them to tell you how they built the place... it changes how you see it. The Garden is amazing. Birds, flowers everywhere. The rooms have these historical coral pieces in them which is such a cool touch. And the reef is literally right there. Rolled out of bed, grabbed my mask, snorkeled without needing a boat. Pool’s perfect too, quiet, refreshing, just what you need mid-afternoon. This place has soul. So do the people. We hope we can go back soon!
Rockwater setting is beautiful, the staff were next level, food was great!

10.0Everything is gorgeous. The location, the service , the setting, the food. And everything with a high ecological consciousness ! Sylvana organised everything for us, tours, transport. We had the best of time. It is incredible what the owners have created there. We loved it!

10.0Owners and staff are the best of the experience. By a mile. Everything else is great but they make it work on another level. It’s a beautiful resort but also feels like you are visiting family. Wish we could stay longer.
