− Balcon donnant devant le fumier du voisin, en rez de chaussée avec la porte d'entrée pour l'hôtel et une voiture publique accolée au balcon... Je comprends que tout n'est pas de votre sort mais cet emplacement ne correspond pas au prix payé...
