− Rooms located on 5th floor. If you are scared using lift (very old lift) you will have to walk up the steep stairs. Rooms outdated needs refreshment. Mould on the windows and in the bathroom. Dust in the room. Bed bugs! I’ve been beaten and itching each night. Most likely mattress needs to be replaced. Toilet seat loose, bin lid broken and the shower door wasn’t closing properly. We got breakfast included in the price - for breakfast you will have to go to another restaurant located about 10min walk from your accommodation. You will get a croissant and a coffee. That’s all. No selection. Served by a rude staff. We were disappointed.

10.0Przyjemny pokój, bardzo miła obsługa- przy wymeldowaniu mieliśmy małą sytuację kryzysową i potrzebowaliśmy zostać chwilę po czasie, pani była bardzo wyrozumiała i pomocna. Pokoje jak na zdjęciach, dobra lokalizacja do zwiedzania Rzymu. Jedyny minus to bardzo mała winda co przy 4 osobach i wózku dla dziecka było wyzwaniem, ale nie jest to zależne od gospodarza. Polecam :)
