4.0I had to leave one day before scheduled and asked for the refund of one night. The answer of the Hotel was NO ! although the reception confirmed it should be possible ! Not fair at all !!

4.0ไปพักพร้อมคณะสัมนา จัดงานริมน้ำเสียงดังมากกกก ห้องพักไม่กันเสียงเลย นอนไม่หลับ กว่าจะหยุดใช้เสียงตอนแรกพนักงานบอกจบ 4 ทุ่ม มีขอต่อเวลาถึง 5 ทุ่มอีก มาสัมนาเข้าใจได้ค่ะว่าต้องมีกินเลี้ยงแต่ควรกำหนดเวลาที่แน่นอนเพื่อการพักผ่อนของแขกคนอื่นด้วยค่ะ
