A nice, modest lodge
10.0Ann’s Lodge & Camping is located in at Road C40, 1,5km north of Kamanjab. The modest lodge offers 4 modest rooms, 4 campsites and 1 group campsite. Nearby you find a small damlake. There is a restaurant & shop, lounge & bar, and a small pool. Outfit and layout provide a quiet off-road atmosphere. Service is friendly and helpful. During the night the premises are guarded. We were pleased to find that the owner does not apply the outdated Namibian rule that you pay per person. We were charged for the room. There were other guests and we opted for room 3. We had a family room, a separate bedroom with a king-size bed and airco, a living room with table & 2 easy chars, 2 single beds, and a complete kitchenette with sink, toaster & micro-wave, water boiler & fridge+freezer. A separates shower with washbasin, separate toilet, a nice terrace with table & 4 chairs and barbecue facility. All was clean. Ann’s Lodge is a good place, and a fine choice for 1 or 2 nights. Recommended.

10.0This is really good value for money. The staff are excellent. The food was exceptionally good. The can do attitude is incredible! One evening the starter was chicken livers. One of our party said he didn't eat liver. In less than 3 minutes there was an alternative placed before him
A hidden gem on the way to Etosha
10.0Wilna and Ann hosted us for our night before Etosha. We were touched by their hospitality and dedication to detail, always ready to help and guide us in out journey.

8.0The staff were nice for us. I could ask them anything. Hot shower didn’t work. Considering the price, I am satisfied the accomodation.
