Very nice B&B!
10.0Very hospitable host. Made us feel at home even though our stay wa.s just overnight. we woud definitely recommend this to others and my wife and I would want to stay here again when visiting Niagra Falls.

8.0We found it an overall enjoyable experience. Our host Sam was particularly engaging and accommodating! She makes outstanding breakfasts and is a pleasure to talk with. Based on the online description, we thought that our room with two beds would have a private bathroom, which was not the case. But since there were no other guests, this did not present a problem. The property is clean and quiet. We appreciated being able to bring our cat. We would definitely stay there again!
