9.0Además de la limpieza, comodidad, muy buena relación calidad-precio y excelente ubicación, la atención recibida fue de 11. Un detalle ilustrativo: nos esperaron para hacer el check-in dos horas sobre el horario previsto en pleno partido de España de cuartos de final del Mundial, con todo el pueblo en la calle viendo el partido. Recomendación: el desayuno en la primera planta tiene unas vistas inmejorables... y se puede pagar sólo lo que se consume, sin necesidad de pagar el buffet completo.

10.0Een prachtig hotel gelegen in hartje Villafranca del Bierzo. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamer was zeer ruim, heel erg schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Een absolute aanrader, ook voor pelgrims!
