10.0Good location on the edge of town, convenient for the buses along the North Norfolk coast. Short walk into the town. Ample car parking on the street or in the yard. Room was not overlarge but was clean and had everything needed and the decor was good. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Continental type breakfast ample and varied. Altogether, a very positive experience and we would be happy to book again when we come to Sheringham.

8.0The breakfast was okay. Parking was a bit tight but worked out okay. Everywhere looked clean. A proper shelf in the bathroom would have been useful together with something to hold onto in the shower. Very well situated for attractions i.e. railway, local shops and beach.

8.0A little tricky to find initially as it is a narrow access to the parking area, but good directions being close to the shop. Friendly staff, clean venue and convenient location for my short stay. Decent breakfast selection.
