8.0Eine schöne zweckmäßige Unterkunft in einer sehr schönen Gegend. Parkplätze direkt an der Unterkunft sind nicht vorhanden, aber in der Nähe. Vermieterin freundlich. Leider wollte sie bei der Abreise zu dem Betrag in der Buchungsbestätigung eine zusätzliche Reinigungsgebühr. Eine Rechnung haben wir nicht erhalten. Sie hat uns den Betrag nur auf dem Handy gezeigt. Nach einer kleinen Diskussion hat sie uns diesen Betrag aber anstandslos zurückgezahlt. Eine Nachfrage bei Expedia bestätigte uns, dass wir im Recht waren. Hätten wir an Expedia die Rechnung mit der zusätzlichen Reinigungsgebühr geschickt, hätte diese uns die Gebühr sogar zurückerstattet, da die Vermieterin diese Angabe bei unserer Buchung nicht hinterlegt / vermerkt hatte. Also letztendlich alles gut. Aber leider beenden solche Diskussionen den Urlaub unschön.
