9.0Great location. Very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent a good way to start the day and excellent value for money. Seona was lovely and couldn’t do enough for you.
− It didn’t actually affect our stay the view onto the garden was lovely but, the curtains didn’t shut in our room.

− Il check- in: quando prenotai immaginai che il viaggio dall'aeroporto di Edinburgo durasse al massimo 3 ore (la dogana pero' a durata 1 ora e poi ho preso l'autobus per Glasgow e poi quello per Largs e poi un taxi per il b&b. Dunque sono arrivata alle 6 p.m. e quando sono riuscita a chiamare la Signora, all'inizio mi ha trattata come una scolaretta: avevo scritto le 5 p.m. e fino a quell'ora mi aveva aspettato.L'info nel Website era insufficiente. BISOGNA SPECIFICARE CHE L'ORARIO Di ARRiVO E' TASSATIVO (non presunto). Per me e' stato orribile!

Great location,good sized room for a single person,warm welcome,comfy bed.
7.0I didn’t have breakfast on this occasion I have had it on a previous stay and it was very good.Warm welcome from Shona who helped me with case,great location overlooking Largs Bay and over to Cumbrae,easy to get parked on street,walking distance to town which has a good selection of shops,bars and restaurants and handy for train or bus to/from Glasgow.Quiet street at night.Short walk to ferry to Cumbrae/Millport which is a lovely day out with great walks and pretty wee town.
− Could not get freeview tv channels or other channels like Netflix which were on TV handset(mentioned this on checkout).There is a microwave in room(but no dishes/cutlery if you did want to use microwave),personally a small fridge wd be a more useful item in room.
