Quite disappointing. The hotel is incredibly overpriced for the experience of the stay. The beds were clean at least but

− The entire building was incredibly run down. Dirty sofa in our room. Dirty skirting boards. A shared bathroom with other peoples sock on the floor.
The Arbour House Oban as well as the Town Oban is a Must Stay and easily worth the money,fantastic
9.0The Arbour house Oban is a 2 star accommodation but it is extremely very comfortable and clean the bathroom very clean and the staff very helpful and of course Oban a magnificent little town totally pleased with my stay.

− The door was a struggle to lock the room was not cleaned there was a dirty mark on side table food on the floor

5.0Close to high street
− Noisy, you can hear all the banging doors. Talking loudly very early in the morning . We never get a good sleep for 2 nights even though we are tired exploring due to noise. Parking, inside the room and location are good. However, noises next door, banging doors early in the morning was the only problem. Toilet is outdated but usable , shower was wrapped with the the dirty towel to hold it on.

− the shower was not clean, the shower hose was covered in black mould.

2.0Accomodation was inpoor condition andvery cramped. I dont believe that there was sufficient fire protection within the stair.
