Don't bother. £105 per night without breakfast is taking the mickey.
1.0The location and the bed was comfy.
− The office was one of the dining room tables, only saw the owner at check-in, a very tired, unloved, un-cared for property, the tea/coffee facilities had milk cartons over 4 months past their use-by date. The heating made some promising noises but no heat. The shower tray did not drain so you had to stand in a puddle. The main shower room light barely lit the room, the oversink lamp had a shade missing, the oversink shelf was missing the actual shelf. Large gap in the floor by the bedroom sink skirting. Light fittings with switches missing. Wallpaper peeling off. A gap between the window and the frame large enough to drive a bus through. The toilet ballcock dripped constantly so the saniflow would kick off randomly throughout the night. Tiny television at the far corner of the room. "Things to see and do" type magazine in the dressing table was from 2024. On the plus side we had the whole place to ourselves as it was apparent there were no other people staying there. Fawlty Towers come to mind.

Parking is available in the street, and there is pay and display parking at the end of the road which is free between 18:00 and 09:00.
