Beautiful setting, but basics (hot water, internet) not working
7.0Stunning natural location and views Lovely rooms
− No hot water first day - the geyser was not on and we took frigid showers. They turned it on after we washed and reported it,, but not a nice start after travel. Incredibly slow internet - we couldn't watch a movie as planned in evening. They said someone would be coming to fix it the day we left. No special meal on request as promised on the amenities - we told them a week in advance that one person was gluten free, but they didn't provide any gluten free bread etc.

Stay was very pleasant. Lady at reception was very helpful. The breakfast was really outstanding above what we expected.
8.0The fact that we could have our own braai the Saturday evening was really great.
