− De lift was vaak erg nat van de mensen die zeik nat het hotel in kwamen en dan de lift in gingen Achterin de lobby hing een vieze lucht 1 klein rolletje wc papier Boter bij het ontbijt is warm zo ook de kaas en ham In de onbijtzaal was de airco niet aan
Disappointing & will not recommend
2.0We found a cockroach in our room. Management apologized and offered a plate of fruit as compensation, which felt inadequate given the seriousness of the issue. The Front Office Manager apologized and offered complimentary airport transportation as compensation. However, around two hours later, she withdrew the offer saying it had been declined by senior management. We found a staple on the floor beside the bed, creating an unnecessary safety hazard. The baby cot was unstable and tipped over in the middle of the night, which was extremely concerning. The pool policy was also disappointing. Even if a child is a confident swimmer, but under 1.4 meters - the child is only allowed to use the baby pool, which is less than 2 feet deep. Even with parent supervision they could not go in the deep pool. Would not recommend this place
