Staff was extremely nice.

− If youre staying in the common area, you may see some unwanted animals.

This hostel has a very nice commonarea inside and outside. The breakfast is quite nice.

− First night, I was in the upstairs dorm that had no AC, it was quite hot during day and night. Only one fan for 4 people. I asked to change into an ac'ed room for the 2nd night, that was possible. There's only one router for WiFi that covers the common area but not the dorms. So no WiFi while you're in bed. The bathrooms have been in quite old condition. The showerheads had been broken and need renewal. The toilets are ok but there's toiletpaper on the floor constantly.

The staff were nice, the room was comfortable.

− The Wi-Fi didn't work for a single day, and my mobile internet didn't work properly inside the hostel. I was simply unreachable. I saw a lot of big rats in the kitchen and everywhere in the outside area.

Terrible stay

The air conditioner was the only good thing about the property

− I’m very upset with my stay at Kame. They advertised that they had Wi-Fi, but in reality there was no internet at all. They kept saying the connection was just slow, but there was simply no internet service available. On top of that, the common areas were constantly occupied by people who were not even staying at the hostel, which made the environment uncomfortable. Because I need internet access for work, I asked them to cancel the remaining two days of my stay. They agreed and said they would refund me, but they never processed the refund. As a result, I ended up paying for two accommodations at the same time, which I found extremely unfair.

Confortable

− Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas pendant les 2 nuits où je suis restée à l’hostel Malgré mes nombreuses demandes, rien n’a été mis en place par le personnel (réparation du wifi ou remboursement) Cela n’aurait pas été un soucis si le réseau mobile fonctionnait, mais ce n’est pas le cas dans cette partie de la ville. Résultat, impossible d’envoyer des messages ou de faire une recherche Google. Il faut payer en plus pour la serviette de toilett, seule fois de mon séjour de 1 mois où ça a été le cas.

El llit era còmode, l’habitacio doble no estava malament.

− Hi ha una rata que cada nit passeja pel pati del hostel, entra a la cuina, i tot i els avisos no es va fer res al respecte. L’aigua del bany es marró, avisen perque no et rentis les dents amb l’aigua aquesta, però tampoc es agradable rentar-te la cara amb aquesta aigua. No pots fer servir xancletes per la cuina o per l’interior de l’allotjament, però no és un lloc net i higiènic pel que es fa difícil. Necessitava cuinar però no ho vaig fer perque no em va semblar un lloc segur. El primer dia vam demanar l’esmorzar, hi havia galetes i fruita, pero quan el meu amic va demanar ous li van dir que els havia de fer ell, quan el va anar fer, l’ou va sortir negre i feia pudor, ho va comentar a una de les noies i li va respondre: ok Sir! El wifi no funciona bé, vam anar a un retaurant per poder treballar. No hi repetiria
