4.0Room service was okay. Everything was below average
− I was advised to book a room near the swimming pool, but it wasn’t worth the money. The room felt suffocating and had an unpleasant smell due to the damp walls and flooring. It was also uncomfortable to walk on the damp floor. Since the only ventilation was through the back door, it compromised privacy as well. The breakfast was average, and the experience was further affected by flies all around the dining area.

9.0My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! A beautiful room, a great atmosphere, and most importantly—exceptional service and hospitality. The staff does their job perfectly, making every guest feel comfortable and welcome. The breakfast was delicious, and the bed was incredibly soft and cozy. A huge thank you to the entire team for their professionalism and warm hospitality!
− The hotel was great, but unfortunately, swimming in the sea was not possible due to high corals. It would be good to have better access to the water for guests.

Far from the best
4.0− Front desk doesn’t seem like they want to be there. You have got to nudge them for a response. Furniture and sofa was in a bad shape. Not cleaned with sticky stuff and residue. Absolutely disgusting! The beach was a major letdown. Just rocks and dead corals with no way to get to the water.
