10.0Неплохие апартаменты. Огромная кухня-гостиная с диваном и отдельная спальня с двуспальной кроватью. На кухне есть всё необходимое. Но вот обивку дивана было бы неплохо почистить, или хотя бы накрыть его чехлом, чтобы не было следов от предыдущих посетителей. Санузел большой, с просторной ванной. К сожалению, нет шторки от брызг. Достаточно далеко от центра горда, но в минутах 10-15 ходьбы станция метро "Ботаническая".
