Good location, but the lack of air conditioning and the faulty door lock made the stay uncomfortable.
1.0− I’ve stayed on the second (top) floor, and the room was extremely hot. There was no air conditioning, so it was almost impossible to sleep at night. The room door was also difficult to lock because the key didn’t work properly, and we had to use the manual latch from the inside for security. This definitely needs to be fixed.

− Staff inesistente ,camere infuocate nemmeno l’ accortezza di cercare di rendere vivibili con ventilatori c’erano ma o deboli o comunque precari , camera molto standard acqua nei bagni che usciva a malapena lavandini e doccia rubinetti incrostati zero staff o comunque era di un altro albergo

− Check in dans l'hôtel de luxe en face sans aucune indication ( merci aux clients qui nous ont aiguillés). Accueil désagréable... Les clients de luxe ont eu droit à un verre d'eau eux Chambre pitoyable . A peine 9 M2 pour deux. Pas de clim. Un ventilateur sur pied en mauvais état de marche. Une chaleur étouffante dans la chambre. Impossible d'y rester. La piscine est vétuste. Les locaux peu accueillants et très vieux. Nous avons fait le check out au bout de 10 min et avons trouvé un autre hôtel. La dame a pris les clés sans même nous demander ce qui se passait. La description de Booking et les photos ne correspondent pas à la réalité. D'accord c'est une chambre à 90 euros, mais là c'est scandaleux !!!!

− El Hostal deja mucho q desear . Te ponen ventiladores que no funcionan, de 7 días quejándonos los dos últimos días nos pusieron uno nuevo. La piscina te descolora los biquinis o bañadores blancos y te los pone amarillos, cuidado con el pelo en las que llevéis mechas que te deja el pelo verde. Hay chinches en las camas ya q más de uno salimos con picadas hasta q un médico en Barcelona nos lo ha confirmado q son chinches . Si vas a quejarte te indican q seréis los únicos q os quejáis d estas cosas, cuando cada día hemos vivido casos d quejas a las chicas de la limpieza teniendo q aguantar todo tipo de cosas u la dirección lavarse las manos . Muy mala experiencia
