10.0Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt! Wir waren zu dritt als Freundinnen zur Biennale in Venedig und hätten uns kaum eine bessere Lage wünschen können. Das Apartment liegt fast direkt gegenüber dem Zugang zum Arsenale, und auch die Vaporetto-Station Arsenale ist gleich um die Ecke. Die Umgebung hat uns besonders begeistert, tolle Restaurants, Cafés, Bäckereien und kleine Handwerksbetriebe, alles ganz nah. Das Viertel ist lebendig und natürlich auch touristisch, dabei aber deutlich entspannter als manche anderen Ecken Venedigs. Wir haben uns dort jederzeit sicher und rundum wohlgefühlt. Der Blick aus dem Apartment war ein Traum, die Betten waren bequem und die Warmwasserversorgung funktionierte zuverlässig. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert und sehr angenehm. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt wirklich sehr genossen. Für uns war es ein wunderbarer Ausgangspunkt für unsere Biennale-Tage. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!
− Nur eine kleine Anregung: Ein Hinweis darauf, welche Form Kaffeekapseln in die vorhandene Maschine passen, wäre hilfreich, wir hatten leider die falschen gekauft.

8.0+ light, bright, airy, clean + lift does a good job + fabulous position + strong, reasonably stable wi-fi - was able to work + quickly provided a replacement gas lighter + came to show us the extractor fan and hob light switch promptly (could have been prevented by a demo as part of the check in)

Idéal
9.0L'emplacement du logement est idéal. A une extrémité de Venise tout en restant proche du centre mais surtout au calme. Juste au pied de l'académie. Le logement était grand et spacieux. Deux belles salles de bain. Juste un des lits qui était un canapé lit et pas confortable. L'hôtesse était super sympathique.
