2.0llegamos a las 20:30 de la noche al hotel y nada más llegar, el recepcionista nos dijo que varios días antes todas las reservas que tenían de Expedia y Booking habían sido canceladas. No habíamos recibido aviso ni de Expedia ni dle propio hotel acerca de esta cancelación. Tuvimos que buscar alojamiento a las 21:00 de la noche en Baños. Experiencia nefasta, pésimo trato al cliente
STAY AWAY!
2.0Awful! Stay away. First of all, they don't accept credit card payment, only cash. They wanted to change my room to a smaller one because we were only 2 people although i booked a larger room myself. Beds were full of bed bugs. No sound insulation, I could hear the street music all night long non-stop
