A nossa hospedagem foi muito agradável, a Gabriela da recepção nos atendeu super bem, sempre solícita e prestativa. Está de parabéns! O chalé é exatamente como mostrado nas fotos. Tem outras opções de chalé, de mesmo nível, na pousada, mas eram mais afastados do salão onde é servido o café. Café da manhã bem variado. No segundo dia, uma segunda-feira pós feriado, só nós estavamos hospedados, então combinamos de tomar café no nosso chalé. Obs. Alguns itens do banheiro precisam de manutenção mas nada que atrapalhasse a nossa estadia. A lenha não é fornecida, adquirimos por conta própria para usufruirmos da lareira.

Pela primeira vez chego ao ponto de fazer uma avaliação ruim em minha reserva. Ao reservar contém que o hotel dispoe de berço no quarto escolhido, pois solicitei e me confirmaram a disponibilidade, ao chegar disseram que estaba quebrado. Quando cheguei na cabana tive que pedir troca pois nao condizia com a que havia reservado. Luz do banheiro nao acendia. Café e Leite do cafe da manha gelado. No dia estava fazendo 6⁰ graus, nao ligaram nam a lareira do local onde estavam servindo o Café. Após as 17:00 horas não tem ninguem para dar apoio caso precise ou ate mesmo pegar mais lenha para fogo. Hospedagem muita cara para o nivel de atendimento e suporte ao cliente. Obs: a pousada tinha de tudo para ser fantastica, pois o local é lindo, porém, nao basta só ter um local lindo e nao ter atendimento ou suporte ao hospede.

Foi uma decepção. Banheira demora uma eterbidade para encher chuveiro a gá mas velho. A Tv não funcionava. Café da manhã bem fraco. Poucas opções de comidas. Não vale o preço cobrado.

Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in. For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature.
