10.0receptionists at check-in were very kind and professional.The hotel is beautifully indigenous in its design and you feel welcome everywhere. The bartender is fabulous hosting and serving and being so patient and professional. The food was fantastic. I told our friends that recommended this hotel that they should always recommend it to any of their visitors. It’s perfectly located to visit the historic downtown as well as any other place in Quito and the surrounding areas. It was well organized with staffing and security and felt very comfortable the entire time the room on the top floor floors with all the glass give you the most spectacular view of the mountains and the lights below is spectacular. I highly recommend the top floor.
