10.0This home has everything a visitor could want. It's spacious, has a kitchen with a range and stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, jacuzzi tub, toaster, coffee maker, TVs in the living room and bedroom, shower, iron and ironing board and a washing machine. It is situated ideally at the south end of the old part of town, a short walk from the train station and the river area known as Petit Venice for its canals and boats. Colmar is a magical town filled with rich traditions from the French, German and Swiss neighbors. The architecture is like something from a fairy tale and the food and shopping in the area cannot be beat. I would give six stars if I could!

4.0The location is very good to be close to city center and a short walk to the train station. The room was clean however the jacuzzi tub leaked and the washing machine, a major plus we thought, did not tumble. We have to hang dry our clothes for 2 days before we could repack them. Communication was fair. The property did not live up to the pictures.
