1.0Beautiful suites, enjoyed our stay but the front desk supervisor was extremely arrogant as we arrived, well into our two day stay. We had an issue with my ice bucket being Moldy and politely asked for another. He completely ruined my trip over this for all I was asking for was another bucket and he refused, angrily mind you. We were not treated with even the minimal ounce of respect. I was thrown off and confused. Totally ruined the my
