− 주인장 분이 친절하시다고 다른 리뷰에서는 말씀하시는데 저는 잘 못르겠어요. 아침식사 제공과 관련하여서도 , 체크인 등 여러 과정에서도 짜증이 많고 신경질적이라고 느꼈습니다. 욕실도 그렇게 청결하지 않았어요.

5.0− Mình đến Phong Nha lúc 3 giờ đêm, đã nhắn với khách sạn về việc đến muộn và đã được xác nhận. Tuy nhiên hôm đó mình đến, không 1 ai trực lễ tân, cũng không thể nào liên lạc được bằng số trên booking và google map. Mình gọi và đợi 30', sau đó lại lếch thếch lôi hành lí đi ra ngoài để tìm khách sạn khác trong khi Phong Nha mưa to (đêm 4/7/26). Thật sự đêm hôm vừa sợ vừa bực mình.

10.0They're a lovely family. They don't speak much English, but you can communicate using the translator. They help you with everything and are incredibly kind. They'll also help you if you want to rent a motorbike, arrange a transfer, or anything else. It's spotless, the pool is fantastic, and it's in a great location. I highly recommend it!
− The pool loungers offer no shade and it's incredibly hot. It's not a complaint, though, because I can't complain about anything :)
