9.0Dobra lokacija, sve što vam treba je na par minuta hoda od apartmana, a niste u gužvi, miran kvart, mirna ulica. Domaćin susretljiv i ažuran, dobra komunikacija, vjerujem da se svaki eventualni problem može riješiti dogovorom. Sve u svemu dobio sam ono što sam tražio tako da sam generalno zadovoljan boravkom.
− Jedina stavka koja mi se nije svidjela je cijena ali to se ne odnosi isključivo na ovaj smještaj. Općenito su cijene noćenja u Splitu i na Jadranu cirkus tako da to i nije greška domaćina već greška hrvatskog turizma.

10.0My two teens and I really enjoyed our stay at beach house split! The apartment was very comfortable and location is perfect, a few mins walk to the beach, supermarket is round the corner and many restaurants in the area. Sinisa was a very sweet and thoughtful host, flexible with check-in/out if possible; recommended nice restaurants and was available in case of any problems though we didn't have any. A walk to the old town is flat and about 20 mins or Uber (quick and accessible) 5 mins away. We will stay there if we visit Split again and I am recommending it to my friends and family!

10.0Cozy, clean, and adorable place to stay in Split. 5 mins to the beach, very near to the supermarket, banks and other places one might need in a trip. Owner, Sinisa, is very nice and kind. The stove broke down on our first stay. Sinisa replaced it in less than a day despite the fact that it was a public holiday in Croatia. If you want to feel confident that you have a calm space with all the comforts that you can go to after long walks in the city of stays near the sea, this is the place to choose. Definitely would stay here again on another trip to Split.
