− El AC es solo durante la noche, por lo que te mueres de calor durante la mañana y el resto del día. Además el techo de las habitaciones no está completo por lo que se escucha el ruido de todo el hostel aunque estés en una habitación cerrada

8.0Hatte gefühlt das Hostel 3 tage für mich alleine...und die Lage zur Fähre war mega. Personal war okay...aber nie da...man muss eigentlich selbst einchecken. Der mann der da hin und wieder rumläuft 🤔 seine Aufgabe hab ich nicht ganz verstanden. Es war dennoch gut weil ich meine Ruhe hatte.
− Vorsicht bei der Buchung...die haben ein Blatt auf Podest stehen...in dem man nach der Buchung irgendwelche extra Gebühren zahlen soll 🤑...obwohl diese bei der Buchung bereits bezahlt wurden. Der funktionierte Kühlschrank steht am Anfang des Hostel...in der Offenen Küche der Kaputte 🤔...also heißt es beim Kochen/Kühlen Kilometer abspulen 🥵😅🚶♂️🚶♀️

− Staff no were to be seen after checking. The double room is more like a bed in a cupboard, I thought had a weird smell. There was aircon in the hallway but not helpful if you book a room was really warm all night.

2.0שהיה וילון למיטה (אמנם מלוכלך..). צוות נחמד.
− המזגן עובד רק מ21:00-7:00 ובחום של מקסיקו זה דבר חריג!! היה חם בטירוף ויכולתי להיות בהוסטל רק בשעות שהמזגן פעל כי בשאר הזמן סבלתי מכל רגע. המקלחות והשירותים לא מספיק נקיים והברזים בשירותים בנויים מאבן ולא נקיים בכלל, מה שגורם לתחושה לא נעימה בעת השימוש וגם לטעם מוזר למים בעת הצחצוח. בחרתי לישון במסדרון כי המזגן נמצא שם ולא בתוך החדרים ולכן התמודדתי עם רעש של אנשים שחולפים וגם שומעים הכל מתוך החדרים וכשהגיעה קבוצת בנות בלילה זה הפריע לי לישון. המקרר במטבח לא עובד אז משתמשים במקרר חלופי שנמצא בכניסה להוסטל ומצאתי את זה מאוד לא נוח לשימוש. בעיית יתושים קשה שתדעו את זה כדי להתמגן. אני חושבת שהמחיר ממש לא תואם את מה שמקבלים ושילמתי במקומות אחרים הרבה פחות עם תמורה גדולה הרבה יותר ולכן לא אמליץ להגיע. בנוסף יש ״קנס״ של 80 פזו מקסיקני למתארחים בהוסטל- שעליו גיליתי רק כשהגעתי כי פספסתי את זה בבוקינג, אז בכלל המחיר עוד יותר גבוה ולא מוצדק.

We are located in front of the beach, on the main boardwalk of Cozumel.
The air conditioning only turns on all year from 9 pm to 7 am, it is central air.
